- Mariangelis Ramirez
Co-Founder & Director of Strategy
Mariangelis holds a degree in architecture from Venezuela and has worked in the U.S. as an estimator, and project manager on commercial buildings. She leads the business side of operations from deal sourcing and investor communication to budgeting and strategic planning. - Gerardo Montano
Co-Founder & Director of Construction
Gerardo is a mechanical engineer from Venezuela with experience managing residential construction, millwork installation, and supervising custom home builds. His background spans petroleum and pool systems to high-end renovations, making him a key force in quality control and field operations.
